After months of uncertainty, 17th of January saw Theresa May offer a sense of clarity as she reiterated her promise of ‘Brexit means Brexit’. As the UK aims for a clean break (based on cooperation, mutual respect and on-going common interest) the media circuit which surrounds it has been, and continues to be, somewhat dizzying. The role of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce is to inform and educate as we work alongside the British Chambers in Europe to articulate these common interests as we draw from the experiences and ambitions of our members.
Following the success of our previous Brexit conferences, we are delighted to be working with Hogan Lovells as we host a round-table discussion around the impact of Brexit on the supply chain of the automotive, aviation and shipping industries.
The panel of speakers will consist of Olivier Campenon, President of the Franco-British Chamber, Sharon Lewis, Partner and Head of the Global Finance Practice at Hogan Lovells and Alexander Premont, Partner at Hogan Lovells.
We hope you will join us as we draw from their extensive, specialised experiences in a round-table discussion as they explore various issues: ideal future trading agreements; the steps needed to ensure continuity; transparency on policies and the anticipated impact post-Brexit.
Please note: this conference is strictly by invitation only.
