Two international communication experts – in presentation and journalism – teach you to define, sharpen and deliver your message successfully in English or French and respond with expertise to your communication and media needs.

9h-13h: – How to present and speak in public, run by coach  Phyllis Roome

14h-18h: How to optimize questions & answers & meet the press, run by coach Barbara Gray

Event fee for each session

British Chamber members: 200€
Non-members: 250€
There will be a special concession for those taking the 2 sessions in the same day:

Objectives:

  • Become confident, clear and impactful in front of an audience
  •  Get your message across – “straight to the point”
  • Learn how to handle difficult questions and give pertinent answers.

Coaches:

Phyllis Roome, morning session 9H-13H
After a successful career in radio (BBC and France Culture) and in theatre (National Theatre of London), Phyllis now works as a coach in communication in the US, and in London. She heads seminars in both French and English, in which she teaches communication skills to the heads of companies and managers, as well as teaching privately.

 

 

 

 

 

Barbara Gray, afternoon session 14H-18.
After countless televised interviews in her journalistic career with the likes of ITV, ABC, CNN and BBC among others, Barbara now uses her accomplished skills to help senior officials and managers as a coach in media training, crisis communication and public speaking, in both French and English and in many countries.
