The Occupier Services France team is experiencing strong growth. To support this momentum and strengthen our execution capabilities across all service lines, we are creating a new cross-functional analyst position.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bachelor’s +3 to Master’s +5), ideally with a specialization or initial experience in real estate, consulting, or finance.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, as the international dimension is at the heart of the team’s activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with financial modeling and producing high-quality deliverables.<\/span><\/p>\n

You have strong interpersonal and client relationship skills: you understand business challenges and are eager to contribute to the development of the business.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a demanding environment where every assignment is different.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential.<\/span><\/td>\n

1. Cross-Functional Analysis<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Analytical Support and Deliverable Production<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Conducting market studies, positioning analyses, and financial modeling.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Preparing memoranda, pitch presentations, executive summaries, and valuation reports.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Supporting ongoing mandates (property searches, lease renegotiations, real estate portfolio assignments) in collaboration with Directors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Contributing to the consistency and quality of the team\u2019s deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Business Development Support<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Operational Support for Commercial Strategy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Identifying and qualifying prospects (French Mid-Cap companies, France Portfolio Management clients, and Key Accounts).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Preparing pitch presentations and commercial proposals.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive benchmarking.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Managing the CRM pipeline and updating business development tracking tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
