Nous avons été contactés mi-janvier 2020 par George O’Leary de la Franco-British Chamber pour aider un autre membre, écossais, qui avait un problème de douanes nécessitant la mise en place d'une solution rapide (du jeudi pour le lundi). En effet, la société Kestinhare (kestinhare.com) exposait à la Fashion Week de Paris, puis devait se rendre à celle de New York, et enfin retourner au Royaume Uni. Mais un document douanier manquait a l'appel pour permettre ces transports dans une contrainte de temps serrée. La solution devait être trouvé en 48h pour leur permettre d’exposer à NYC le lundi. Suite à la mise en relation de la Franco-British Chamber, nos équipes spécialisées en Douane et en Fashion ont contacté Kestinhare afin de comprendre la problématique. Après recherche, une solution a été rapidement trouvée et nos équipes de Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle ont pu mettre en place une réponse conforme à la réglementation. Le lundi, le Directeur du Site d’ATS International s’est rendu à l’aéroport de Roissy CDG pour accueillir les équipes de Kestinhare et les accompagner pour les formalités douanières devant être réalisées avant l’embarquement.
