The website is a publication of which the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the author within the meaning of Articles L111.1 and following the Intellectual Property Code.

The trademark “Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry” is a registered trademark on which the “Franco-British Chamber” has an exclusive right of use. The data, and in particular the texts, information, logos, visual identities, animated or still images and their formatting appearing on the site are the property of the “Franco-British Chamber” and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any Internet user accepts not to use them and not to allow anyone to use them for illegal purposes. Any representation or reproduction, total or partial, permanent or temporary, on a computer and/or paper medium, and by any means whatsoever (including framing*), of any of the elements of the site, without the prior and express consent of the “Franco-British Chamber” is prohibited, and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

Only paper printing is authorized for private copying purposes for the exclusive use of the copyist within the meaning of Article L122-5 2° of the Intellectual Property Code. No hypertext link to the site may be set up without the prior and express agreement of the “Franco-British Chamber”.

3 – Protection of personal data

The Internet user may be required to provide certain personal data by filling in the forms provided.

The entry of this data is necessary for the processing of the Internet user’s request by the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
