We are proud that British Airways has won Travel Partner of the Year – Short Haul Airline category at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2022.
The judges cited innovations like digital queuing in the app, the addition of a plant-based menu, as well as demonstrated improvements in customer service, as support for their decision. Recognising industry leadership, partnership and innovation, the 27th annual awards event – hosted by the BTN Group – celebrated the industry’s achievements and successes over the last 12 months.
