Trade update

The newly appointed International Trade Secretary Anne-Marie Trevelyan talked publicly for the first time on Monday 20th september, with a main focus on digital trade. Also the Department for International Trade (DIT) published a paper on gains for business and data flows.

Lord Frost, Cabinet Office Minister made a statement in the House of Lords on Thursday 16th about changing regulations on autonomous vehicles, GDPR, weights and measures.

The Lords’ House European Affairs Committee launched a call for evidence on UK-EU Trade in Goods. The consultation ends on 29 October. You can participate here.
